ColleInfoNet is a free college planning platform developed by UAsite15, dedicated to helping students understand college applications with more authentic, transparent, and verifiable information, rather than relying on vague experience-based judgments, commercial recommendations, or unsubstantiated admission promises.

The university database currently covers more than 200 institutions across the United States and East Asia. It draws on more than 400 public and institutional sources, including Common Data Sets, official admissions materials, institutional policies, admissions data, and documented application cases. We manually clean, cross-check, and organize this information across more than 25 analysis dimensions to support clearer comparison, interpretation, and planning.

ColleInfoNet does not attempt to determine a student's future with a single score. No model can fully measure personal experience, writing ability, background, and changes in admissions policies, nor can it completely deconstruct the logic of university admissions.
However, it empowers more low-income and educationally disadvantaged students to gain a general understanding of their fit with their chosen universities.
Therefore, we view our model as a tool to aid in understanding applications, not a machine to generate definitive conclusions. Every judgment on the platform strives to be based on real data, publicly available information, and explainable logic, clearly distinguishing between facts, inferences, and recommendations.

ColleInfoNet was developed collaboratively by frontline high school students, college counselors, and advisors. Student developers, having personally experienced the information pressures of course selection, standardized testing, activity planning, and college applications, better understand the real struggles their peers face with complex rules, information gaps, and college anxiety. Professional college counselors provide experiential support for data interpretation, application logic, and model design. This combination allows ColleInfoNet to not only understand how universities evaluate applicants but also what students truly need.

We believe that reliable college information should not be the privilege of a select few. Differences in family economic conditions, location, or educational resources should not determine whether a student can obtain clear, professional, and evidence-based college information. Therefore, ColleInfoNet insists on offering all features for free, without paywalls, accepting no commercial ranking partnerships, and not driving paid services by creating anxiety.
